Born in Egypt, Marwan El Nemr attended Kuwait English School before graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Management from the Arab Academy for Science & Technology & Maritime transport in his hometown of Alexandria.  After graduation his first career step was in Geneva, where he worked for Intercontinental Hotels Group as a Duty Manager and as Director of Promotions with responsibility for the Six Continents & Priority Club programs. He is fluent in English and French as well as in his native Arabic language.

In 2005 Marwan’s dream brought him to Dubai where his sales performance with the Middle East Publishing Conference brought him to the attention of Mr. Ahmed Al Mansoori.  As a result,  he joined the team of DuExcel as Business Development Manager, when he also earned his NLP practitioner certificate.

Marwan is responsible for conference planning, budget management, training and promotions in DuExcel.
