Who we are

Established in 1999, DuExcel has become one of the most dynamic management and self-development training centres in the United Arab Emirates. We are based in Dubai and we have an impressive list of government and corporate clients with whom we work in our Training Partnership scheme. Our work is not limited to Dubai, however, and we regularly conduct courses all over the UAE.

To ensure that we offer training excellence, DuExcel has created an extensive network of the best trainers from the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, Jordan, Egypt, and of course from the GCC countries.

Our Training Partnership

Let us imagine that your organisation has a training need, for example in communication skills. Obviously there are many types of communication skills and not all training will be relevant for your organisation. So you give us a call.

We will visit you to gain an understanding of what it is you are looking for and what communication training needs your organisation may have. Then we select the best trainer to answer these needs, we brief him (or her) and he prepares an outline of a training course that meets your specific needs.

Our next step is to visit you again, with the trainer, to discuss the outline and the course delegates. The trainer then expands the outline to match the discussion we have had with you and we send this to you for approval, along with the details of the course length and its costs.

Once you have approved our proposal, the trainer then conducts the course, knowing that it meets your needs, after which his report and our follow-up recommendations are sent to you. In this example, these will include suggestions as to how post-training communications skills can be measured.

So our Training Partnership offers you a customised approach before, during and after each course, ensuring that the training is useful and good value for money.
